NEED HELP ON BCAA's

mxman NPC Lightweight Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 20 Rep Power: 0	Im currently not taking any but have been reading up on them and decided they are a must. i was looking at beverly muscle mass bcaa's . Im just wondering whats the best and wanted some advice thanksguys

just a note, if your going with ON BCAA`s mix it with some crystal light, other wise the taste is going to gag you, i use a fruit flavor crystal light, cant go wrong
