what kind of protein do you recomend?

hey guy's what kind of protein do you take, ive been using isopure (nocarb), and i was going to try optimum nutrition's %100 whey, i mean the carb count is only3 is that alot ? isopure just taste like cardboard. so i was wondering what the rest of the dungeon took, trying to lose bodyfat so im doing the low card thing. thanks for the space guy's

Myogenix Lean Evolution is probably the best tasting lean protein out there. Scivation Whey is also good.

DONT GET COOKIES AND CREAM!!! That stuff is horrible and tastes/smells way too artificial.

Yes, I have had the vanilla, its not amazing but its plain so its a very safe choice. You can almost never go wrong with Chocolate. Lol i just heard that cookies and creme was awesome so i got it, My god. I make the most disgusted faces when i drink it lol.

Don't get the "Egg Nog" ON Gold either. I bought some of that in October thinking I would get into the Christmas spirit, and I am a sucker for egg nog. Still have well over half left. Let me tell you, it's nothing like egg nog.

chocolate is universal, you can mix it with fresh strawberries and bananas, have it plain with water or milk, or even through some nutrigrain bars into the blender and have that with your shake. chocolate is always a safe choice. ON Double Chocolate is really all i drink.

But I'm not sure about all those flavors & all .... I stick with the basics > like vanilla > then I throw this & that in to see what happens..... Anyway, I'm like new here, and I gotta say that this site looks really cool.... seems, I've got a lota things to learn, but one thing is that I always try to stick as close to the word "natural" as possible. Ya, I plan to get bigger & all, but I also plan to live to be 106.... L.O.L.! Hope to see you people around.

ON is good protein. If you want a whey isolate try ErgoPharm GF Pro. Its the best tasting protein, no matter what flavor you get. Orange Cream all day.

i reccomend the kind of protein that has a high percent of leucine in it considering this is the amino acid that starts protein synthesis....without it you don't have any new proteins being formed
