Would like a expierenced persone here to review my supps!!!

a.m. 1 armitest tab, bcaas, multi, creatine, whey shake

mid morn. bcaas, protein shake

pre workout. 1 armitest tab, no explode, red bull sugar free!

post workout. bcaas, creatine, protein

bedtime 2 hexaghen tabs, bcaas, protein

like i said im new so need feedback!

ditch the red bull bro, and from what i heard mulitple times, arimatest is the closest thing to steriods, so have fun with that.

is arimitest a test booster? is it working? how old are you?

too much BCAA's. it's overkill but it won't hurt so as long as you don't mind spending the money.....go right ahead.

no xplode has enough caffiene as it is so there is no need for a red bull. too much caffeen is not good for you. the tub clearly says not to consume any cafinated beverages for the rest of the day if you're using no xplode.

you're relying too much on protein powder to get your intake of protein. you NEED protein from solid food to grow. shakes are there to help boost your intake. one or two shakes a day and that's it. the rest should come from food.

Why the hell are you taking test boosters if you don't even know enough about supplements to have to ask how your stack is, you shouldn't be taking anything CLOSE to that.
Get rid of the hexa-whatever and the arimitest crap immediately. That will only do more harm then good, unless you are over 35 years old, which I doubt.

Get rid of the red bull. Its crap.

If your diet and training are tuned in and you are getting all your vitamins and minerals then your test levels will be at their maximum.

The question is, how's you diet? If you can't dial that in, you have no reason to look into all of these supplements!

Right, but if you can't understand simpler supplements like N.O Explode, protein, etc. you have no right to look into any hormonal supplements. Not only is it borderline pointless, but harmful too.

I believe Haxaghen and Arimatest are made by the same company, so they can be stacked together but that doesn't mean they should be. Nice posts Ken and A-ron.

Alright, well thats my mistake. but you SHOULD know more about them before you take them. Most of the time its 17 year olds taking the same stuff coming for advice so thats why I reacted like that.

However, if you are 45 you should definitely go to your doctor and see if you can get HRT (hormone replacement therapy). You'd get a shot of sustanon every two weeks which would be real test instead of a test booster. It would put your test levels within the range of a 21-25 year old.
You could also ask for growth hormone but that would require you to give yourself an injection every day.

i would still get rid of the red bull, the N.O. Xplode has a lot of caffeine in it anyways. Also try to get some more real food in, a good rule of thumb is to try to keep it around twice a day with supps.

a-ron how much could one expext to pay for hrt, should I look into anti aging clinic? and what is the pprox cost of such injections?

Honestly man I'm not totally sure. Hopefully your insurance would cover it, but I don't think its TOO expensive. I would ask your doctor first then go to an anti-aging clinic. Just ask around basically.

yea good luck , first you need a blood test to see where your natural testosterone level is, if its in the guidelines your doctor isnt going to prescribe any test injections, i have already talked with my doc about it and what he said is the insurance and the government watches any testosterone therapy very close, and my insurance wont cover anything unless the doc refers me to a specialist in regards to that kind of treatment,

exactly, thats why I came to the site looking for advice and any info I can get about supps. Im doing my reasearc h, but taking to people who actually know is a better way to educate!

yes but getting information from us is a good thing, the majority of people here are pretty educated and have so much experience that i think coming here is a good step, at least he is trying to get some info and can research from there, i say we help this guy out to the best of our knowledge,

Gmann, another thing you might want to try to get from your doctor is androgel. Its a gel that has a prohormone in it that converts to testosterone. I saw it behind the counter at CVS just last week as a matter of fact!

Not unless you want to take a bunch of other stuff along with it, the stuff a-ron is referring to does not have to be broken down in the liver, its a gel that is absorbed in the skin, its suppossed to be converted to some form of steriod- not sure what its broken down to in the body but anyways its easier on the liver that way, if you take a pill form of a ph, like epistane. you need to run some liver support, and then take a pct- post cycle therapy- supplement to get your boys( balls ) producing its natural level of testosterone,, before you worry about all that have your doc do a blood test and see if your natural test levels are even the issue, ask him about some alternatives, like what A-ron was speaking of,,

I think androgel is Androstenedione, which converts to test. But i'm not totally sure, just google it.

Any way of gathering and appraising info can be inaccurate. But I gotta' say, BBD takes the cake of being the best-informed forum on the net. I'm sure AM and others equate, but most aren't as tight nit as we are here! We win.
