Friend who is stubborn wanted me to ask around and see which would be a better choice for him. He isnt very computer proficient so he is having me ask.
He wants to try Phex because of it getting rid of excess water, but he cant find good reviews on it, but he has found many on reCreate or something I dunno, he confused me 2. But I figured id ask around for him.

Ive heard good things about both. As you probably know, his diet and cardio are gonna be a 1000X more important than what thermo hes on. And why doesn he care about one having diuretic properties. Losing excess water has nothing to do with buring fat. If he wants to drop some water tell him to watch his sodium intake.
