Xtend......Recovery is the main aspect of BCAA supplementation. I am writing a paper/presentation on the use right now. Tons of science to back them up.
Newest study I looked at showed and INCREASE in recovery time with less DOMS and an INCREASE in immune system function. Oddly enough this study claimed no help in performance....However if i can workout harder/longer/more often than you because I am not sore or sick then I would think that my performance would be comparably better just my two cents, but what do I know :)
