Just finished a cycle of methyl-1-d and i-gh-1. i am now ona start the anti-estrogen supplement of formadrol. Can i be using a pre or post workout supplement like superpump250 or darkmatter while cycling the formadrol??

Yes you can use other supplements while using Formadrol.

In total it was my first time using a PH and i was very satisfied with it. i gained 8 pounds and saw huge improvements in my weight training. i believe it really jumped me out of the plateau i hit from my old routine. any recommendations for my next cycle?

for your next one i would probably go with Havoc. it's a mild PH but gets the job done also!
