Personally, since I can see you got a lot of products, you should try something.
During the morning (2nd meal) take some whey protein. Try to take some also about 1 hour before your workout. After your workout, it would be better to take a weight gainer (wich contains enough protein and carbs), so your insulin is gonna bounce up, and that's really good after a workout. Before bed, you should take a sustained release protein such as
syntha-6 or Optimum nutrition
casein!
and by the way, for
no shotgun, im using it and don't take more than the dosage, it's really strong enough!
