I was just wondering what everyone thinks about the Creatine I take. I left out the name to try to avoided any bias answers about brands.

Muscle tec is **** man plain creatine mono hydrate is all you need. The **** your taking now causes unwanted insulin spikes and is messes with your daily diet and macro contents.

try cell mass or size on / if not mono is cheaper like said above

I took that same brand for awhile and I thought it worked pretty good. It's not too expensive either, so if u want to then keep taking it.

relating to creatine..has anyone who has used it stopeed and noticed a major loss in muscle size and weight due to the intake of water in the muscle
also any of you guys know if creatine really does back on the pounds ? along with intense working out of course

i don't notice a drop in weight when i stop creatine but i notice a drop in muscle fullness ans stamina. again, the difference is very small.

however, i don't like the term "packing on size" when talking about creatine because it makes it seem like you're gonna gain 30lbs in a month and creatine doesn't work that way. but yeah, it has helped me put on muscle!!

dude there is a creatine thread in the supplement section, really a bunch of helpful information on creatine,, but to answer your question, No not a major loss in weight when coming off, you dont loose the muscle when you stop taking it,
