Hi,

I have just buy 'BSN Syntha-6'.

But there is little difficulty in the usage of SYNTH-6.

On the label it is written as follows
"As a Dietary Supplement take 2 scoops (providing 46 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz of cold water or beverage. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder."

It is also mentioned on COntainer under "SUPPLEMENTS FACTS" heading:

Serving Size: 1 rounded scoop (44g)
Serving per container: 30

MY QUESTION

I will use it twice in a day. One after wakeup and second before bedtime or after exercise.

So problem is that i am unable to understand that "How many scoops are there in one serving"

Are 2 scoops considered to 1 Serving
or
1 Scoop is considered to 1 Servning

I am unable to understand after reading from label .

So plz help

Thanks

Serving Size: 1 rounded scoop (44g)
Serving per container: 30

so there is 1 scoop considered as 1 serving

Actually guys Im pretty sure that one serving is two scoops. If you are wanting 46 grams of protein then it's two scoops b/c
#1: It says one serving is two scoops.
#2: It says each scoop takes 4-5 ounces of water so that would mean each searving takes 8-10 ounces of water b/c it would be two scoops.
#3 When it says each scoop "Serving Size: 1 rounded scoop (44g)
Serving per container: 30" Then that is the weight of the powder in each scoop not the ammount of protein.

Unless you only want 23 grams of protein then you need to take two scoops. It clearly says in the first sentence two scoops equals 46 Grams of protein.

I would take 2 scoops.

Ok lets clear this up shall we..

Synta-6 is a mix of fast and slow release protein.. You can use it pre & post workout.. But your body is only going to need 1 scoop of it with each use.. Check the calories per scoop.

If its all you can afford good.. Most use ON Whey protein its a fast absorbing protein pre and post workout.. And then use Synta-6 at night so you body as protein to use while your sleeping.. Now if you can afford both.. Use the synta-6, but the container is small and you will go thru it quickly.

syntha 6 is so good.

1 scoop = 44g

2.91lbs x 454g/1 lbs x 1 lbs/44g = 30.....

so yeah, 30 servings per container, 1 serving = 1 scoop.
