Hey guys do u think taking creatine ethyl esther is better or taking creatine monohydrate? i personally have been taking mega pro CEE....is the axis lab CEE any good?

its all a matter of preference really, i just stick to ids or dymatize mono creatine personally.

CEE turns to creatinine in the gut at a 25-40% faster rate than Mono, this has been found true in plenty of studies. Stick with Creatine Mono, IMO.

not true, may be for some, but 99% of the reports from people have no bloating or discomfort, i can attest to that, and as for cycling its kinda of a yes and no statement, i have found no value in cycling creatine mono, but its not a bad thing to cycle any supplement after long term use,

all supps should be cycled so you dont build a tolerance to them. creatine mono only adds water to your muscles no other bloat.

But if cee gets absorbs faster, why go with mono ? Is there a difference between the two?

what is creatine? should i be taking this stuff? does it really work? lol ok most preworkout by top brands still use mono till this day others use CEE but who really knows if it is actually CEE kinda like that whole deal with BS...N haha

i say stick to works best for the individual.
