The ON whey: Same thing as Scivation Xtend buying 2 pounds instead of the 5 pounds.
My question was with the
BSN NO Xplode it says take on an empty stomach. Well if I take it right before wrestling practice which is 8th period. and lunch is right after 5th. Do you think I will have an empty stomach then?
I was going to take it in the morning but after reading that I decided not to.
Now the question on Creatine. What's the difference in
PrimaForce CreaForm and
PrimaForce Primal N2O?
and I'm thinking about getting the PrimaForce brand instead of Dymatize because PrimaForce has directions like the loading phase and Dymatize has a daily value not established. Your thoughts?
