I didnt see a "search topics" tab so I apologize if this has been posted before.
But I was just wondering about Syntha6 ... Im thinking of buying some but a friend of mine told me his stomach was very upset (dunno if he puked, cant remember) after he took it. Has anyone else had this happen to them or know anyone that this has happened to ?
Also, how does it fare in the whole protien supp. world? Good, bad, ugly ?

I have taken it and have never gotten stomach problems, I love it, it is probably the best tasting protein there is. It is a mix of whey and casein, so you get both in one which is nice. Only downside is the sugar and fat content, but its not that horrible.

its a very good product, a mixture of like 8 proteins including whey, casein and albumen (egg). The fat is medium chain tryglicerides (sp?) so don't worry about it turning into adipose, it will be most definitely used for energy.

Bought some today, Best tasting I have ever had. I mixed it with a spoon with milk, taste like a malt chocolate shake, Havent had any problems with my stomach. Great stuff

ya great stuff tastes great. Actually better on the stomach than some other protein drinks imo. its a blend of six protiens by the way hence the name syntha 6

best tasting protien out there

however, i find i get through a tub way too fast and end up buying it too frequently.

so now i'm using optimum nutrition's whey protein.

it's much cheaper per scoop and it still taste very good though not as good as syntha.

yup i have to agree, best tasting ever had, expensive tho, also switched to ON whey.

i had no stomach problems using syntha-6,you will love the taste bro..

I love Syntha 6 it is more of a meal replacement than a protien drink it also contains 5 grams of fiber per serving if you want just protien BSN makes a protien pudding it also contains fiber but no sugar I think if the carbs are a concern you can use only one scoop of Syntha 6 and replace with the pudding....

damn syntha 6 is good, just got it a few days ago, the tub is tiny though whatta hell..... also how about post work out, 2 scoops 12 gr. of fat, its a lot for pwo, isnt? compared to ON.

Chocolate is great so is Cookies and Cream, but I tend to stick to flavors like Chocolate or Vanilla because they are versatile.

it is not a meal replacement

bsn true mass is more like a meal replacement.

i like ALL flavors of syntha 6
i tried them all
my favorite is....chocolate i think. either that or vanilla.

I have both.. ON whey gold standard and Synta-6 both chocolate flavored.. I eat clean food more than anything atm.. But you can get the same results from eating Low Fat cottage cheese..

yes you can but the cottage cheese is a slower absorbing protein source, so the whey is a givin for the post work out drinks, i eat my cottage cheese before bed..
