yep missed that , good catch chris.. that would benefit for ya Razorhail, unless you stayed up late and could get in another meal or shake before bed, but chris has a good point, if its 8:30 in the evening you need to asses your needs, but either way you will be fine, whey or the
syntha-6, since it has like chris said the mix of fast and the slow release proteins..
