Hi guys! i need some advice on how to take these supplements. i currently weigh 180lbs. height: 5'10. anyway...


I bought hydroxycut hardcore and No-explode. how would i take them? what should I drink or take in first? or should I NOT take them both? please help me and provide me with your expert advices. thank you!

Well I have taken Hydroxycut, and hated it, it would give me the jitters. But just read the directions. NO Xplode should only be taken 30-45 min prior to your workout, and than if I can remember right Hydroxycut needs to be taken twice a day, preferably morning and early afternoon. Stay fully hydrated.

That's way to much caffeine, even on the back of a hydroxycut bottle it says "Do not combine with other sources or caffeine" I dunno if it will cause you major harm, personally I wouldn't try it, but more then likely it will cause you to flush out ( itching like crazy everywhere), and/or like allstar said the jitters, and/or keep you up at night.

On another note I assume you already bought the too but if your looking to do both nitric oxide and a fatburner at the same time I would recommend APS plasmagen stacked with APS phenadrine.

Yes thats a very good cutting stack, so is the new USPLab stack. But APS Plasmagen is an awesome nitric oxide to stack with anything because its not stimmed.
