Well i posted a thread a little bit ago about BCAAs, and alot of you guys seemed to like Scivation Xtend, so i figured id give it a whirl! hope its good!!!

It really helps me with recovery for the next day, and also when I drink it during my workouts it really keeps me going, trust me bro you will love it.

One hint I will give you.... buy watermelon flavor.

i love xtend. it helps me recover quicker during workout and after, like allstar said!

xtend is great, take some before work out and during , it gets you a nice pump and keeps you going, drink a lot of water with it. i know lemonade is not supposed to be the best flavor, but thats what i got and compared to other stuff it tastes really good, mainly i think because it is really sweet
