Pre and Post workouts.........

Hey all

Well first off Im hoping that Im not reposting any old thread or anything like that. I was just wondering what everybody puts into their pre and post workout shakes and how long before you workout do you take them. Also does anybody else get really bad gas from all of the protien, if so what do you do to keep it under control? (gas-x beano?)
This is what i use.

First thing when i get up I take 5 grams creatine


Pre-workout
-40g whey protien
-5g L-arginine
-5g BCAAs
-5g creatine
-5g glutamine(im going to stop taking when i run out)

Post-workout
-40g whey protien
-5g creatine
-5g glutamine(im going to stop taking when i run out)
-5g BCAAs

where are your carbs?? i use whey protein, glyco-maize and 5 grms creatine, and the same after workout shake and per my wife GAS-X.. < <<< is a must...
