creatine question

so im still confused on how the best way to use creatine is... ive read that cycling it is the best and that taking it at a lower dose continuously is best because the body wont "adapt" to creatine like it would any NO2 product and what not... right now im taking 5g in the morning and 5gPWO, but im not sure whether to run it for good, or come off at a certian point

I like the times you are taking it, IMO they are the key times, some will dis agree. But I would say do 8-12 weeks on,4 weeks off.

from my personal experience that looks good, i take 3g creatine 7g leucine, at the same times like you, morning first thing when wake up and pwo. had great results

Well, the best way to do it in the morning would be to have some type of high GI carb in your breakfast and than immediately after breakfast take the creatine.

actually its 15g carbs/sugars, 3 grams creatine, and 7g leucine, i take that before eating or anything on empty stomach, i find it to be very beneficial, but everybody seems to have their own preference

i've tried many different things and i gotta say, they all pretty much work.

5g pre workout
5g post workout


or

5g in the morning
5g pre-workout

or

5g in the morning
5g pre workout
5g post-workout

or just

5g preworkout

or just

5g in the morning

i've tried

2 months on 1 month off

3 months on 1 month off

5 months on 2 months off

last cycle i did was like 7 months long.

from now on, i will be doing

2 months on, 3 months off

just because.

creatine for me is 5 with my post workout and 5 during with my workout drink- glyco-maize, and then 5 after my workout with the post work out shake, thats what i have always done, so it works for me, your going to have to see what works for you, dont be afraid to experiment with different cycles or usage times, see how it all comes together for you,
