so im still confused on how the best way to use creatine is... ive read that cycling it is the best and that taking it at a lower dose continuously is best because the body wont "adapt" to creatine like it would any NO2 product and what not... right now im taking 5g in the morning and 5gPWO, but im not sure whether to run it for good, or come off at a certian point
