i see ur a hardgainer...the first step you should try doing is
eat A LOT! u should have at least 6 meals per day consisting of protein, carbs, and fats. dont replace a shake for a meal.
then as far as Tren Xtreme goes, it is a prohormone and you will need something like
Cycle Support by Anabolic Innovations during your cycle. that takes care of ur liver, blood pressure, and i believe cholesterol.
for PCT, you should take a SERM, such as Clomid. no matter what, dont take OTC anti-E for PCT imo.
so IMO before you try this, try to maximize your potential and start eating A LOT of clean food!
