do you guys think this would be good or a bit too much protein?
on 100%
egg protein (1 scoope in the morning because i dont really have time to eat)
2 scoopes of
100% whey post workout (with a big spoon of honey)
1 scoope of 100%casein + 1 scoope of
muscle milk right bevore i go to bed
btw im bulking
havnt bought it yet because i dont have the money right now and i still have some
syntha-6 left but do you think this would be a good thing to do?
my diet is good, just would have to eat more in the morning but yea... no time : /
