planning on buying new protein

do you guys think this would be good or a bit too much protein?
on 100% egg protein (1 scoope in the morning because i dont really have time to eat)
2 scoopes of 100% whey post workout (with a big spoon of honey)
1 scoope of 100%casein + 1 scoope of muscle milk right bevore i go to bed
btw im bulking

havnt bought it yet because i dont have the money right now and i still have some syntha-6 left but do you think this would be a good thing to do?
my diet is good, just would have to eat more in the morning but yea... no time : /

How many grams a day would you be getting total? Including the rest of your diet.

No I don't think that is too much protein in fact I think that you should be taking in more protein in the morning. you did not say how much you weigh but I would try to take in 50++ grams in each meal shooting for 300 or more grams per day

i weigh about 83 kg (dont know in lbs cause we only use kg in austria)
and i dont really watch how much i eat, i just have certain things i eat, and when im hungry i eat as much as i can and even more (beef, chicken, pork, potatoes, rice, beans, bread, chease and things like that) im gaining pretty well but i just want to cover the things i lack like the first meal and the amino acids i have while sleeping
hmmm i cant really say how much i eat because i dont measure it but im sure its much lol

I doubt your eating too much protein so I wouldnt worry bout that. Your 183 pounds so if your natty stick around 185 - 200 grams a day and you will be good. More won't really hurt ya but won't really help either.

yeah natty all the way(im just 16 y/o so i would be very stupid if i would do any hormones or ph's^^)
i have really no clue how much protein i exactly eat

well 1 gramm of protein per lbs, im sure i eat more, because i really love meat lol
i eat easy 3-6 lbs of meat a day lol
rump steak with the meat inside still red <3 xD

i dont think you eat 6lbs of meat a day though not downing you but lol dang thats would be alittle expensive dude.

You should find a way to weigh yourself to know how much protien to intake and how much cals.

i can eat about 1 kg meat in one meal, but it is usually about a half lol
eating 5-8 times a day, im an eating machine lol damnit 2 weaks ago after i ate a little chicken breast i ate a family pizza alone

and i could weigh myself out thats not the problem, the problem is, if i buy some meat i dont know how much protein it has etc. because of that i have no clue how much protein im getting in

and like i said a few posts ago i just want to cover the 2 meals up because i feel im lacking them^^ im happy with my gains and such just want to improve it a little bit more ;D
