question about cutting down

i'm trying to get my skin thinner so that the cuts of the muscle are more visible. at the same time i'm also using sizeon. am i working against myself here? any insight/help/comment would be appreciated. thanks.

Regardless if youre using creatine or not, cardio and carb manipulation with refeed days will take your BF down.

cosign moorey... bottom line is if ur burning more than u take in than u will lose fat, but u can burn it more efficiently if u cut out all simple carbs,like theones in size on... u should still use creatine, but just get some pure creatine mono rather than a formula like sizeon or cell-tech
