next step in supplementation

I've been suplementing with whey protien in the mornings and post work out for about a week now.
Along with a clean, high protien diet and my training, things are visibly improving all over my body!
I've just got some omega three fish oil tablets (1g tabs), I figured this was the next step in my supplementation, but have some questions...
1) how much, and what's the correct timing for the fish oil?
2) what might be my next step, multi v's, cassien, creatine, or something else?


I'm 172cm, 72kg, 13%BF and 26 years young

I think a beginner stack for any one should be:

Whey
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil
Creatine Mono
BCAAs
and
Casein if wanted

Fish oil, you can take through out the day, I take in most of my fish oils towards the end of the night though.

How many grams of fish oils should the average bodybuilder take?

It depends on the rest of your diet and how much fats you are taking in.

well your fish oil pills are 1 gram which is only 9 calories, since each gram of fat = 9 calories, so its really a low fat content, its more for the omega 3`s that the fish oil benefit for you, i use a flax seed pill, it has
omega-3
omega-6
omega-9

same 1 gram pill, also you need to remember that the fats help slow the absorption of protein so dont use them pre or post work out, at night when you want to take a slower releasing protein would be a good time to add them into your diet and during your normal meals, you need the faster absorbing protein- like whey, after your work out,
