i just got on anabolic halo and after my first day of using it and only using once scoop it made me feel awful while drinking like it felt alittle too intense i talked to johnnie jackson before purchasing the product(i know he is sponsored by muscle tech so of course he'll endorse the product) but he said if its too strong than cut down the serving or dilute the powder more, which would be the better option?

i'm sure i am way more inexperienced than some other people here when it comes to sups, but i would recommend looking into NO Xplode, Anabolic Pump USP labs, and of course Protein powder and fish oils!
