....Ok so literally today was my first day on this stuff....

Have to admit this stuff is crazyyyy.....

Took first 2 capsules with brekfast, second lot with 3rd meal and last lot with my last meal!!

What a cracking day! Was in the best mood all day, felt like the happiest guy in the world.

Had a like all day pump on but was more then a pump (hard to explain) and wanted to flex all day!!

Got down the gym and just felt like anything i was gonna work on was gonna be easyyyyyyyy.... and was putting more weight on then before because i had the confidence to push it harder!!

Stacked with my other supplements this is a REAL game player and can't wait too see what the next few months bring!! will post up more updates...

hey man thats awesome, i just ordered some last night so that gets me pumped up. i was just wondering though if u could fill me in on ur height weight and age? if thats not to personal because sometimes i feel like im bigger so anything taken orally that i have to digest takes longer to hit me. Like when i have a pretty bad headache i need minimum 1500 mg to even feel it!

I'm 5ft 11, 21years old and currently weight 12st 10lbs.

Will make sure i try and post something up here every week or so cos if the first day is anything to go by then this should be pretty fun.....

OK so had a bit of a bad week as i lost my friend in a car crash (R.I.P Leanne xx) on Tuesday so been a bit of a mess and not been down the gym.

In the past few days my heads been a mess and been in a bit of a daze but managed to continue to take PRIME but not work out or eat my meals properly.

However even with regards to the above i've still felt really full (like all my muscles are pumped) and felt like i've really filled out. My chest has constantly been hard along with my triceps and just had the need to flex! Still loving this product and can't wait to hit the gym again.

Apologies for the lack of updates but will try when i can to get these up

Thanks for the suppport and messages guys. Will be back down the gym properly next week. Went down just twice this week for back and chest.

Ok still been taking prime and considering the **** on my plate it's still good. Been sleeping right the way through till the morning (deep nice sleep).

Weirdly feels like my skin has shrunk cos everything is feeling mega mega tight like my chest and bi's (but not aching tight like a really really good pump tight but all day) and feels like my skins gonna rip off!!

After chest and back they both exploded so can't wait to hit the weights again properly and train like a mo fo..... Nothin' but a peanut....

Ok OK OK!!!!

Hit the gym yesterday for the first time in a while and did shoulders and biceps. Wow.

Stacked with my other supplements as said before is going well. soon as i even looked at a weight i think my delts started to comme to the surface and then did biceps and once again the feeling was that i was gonna rip out of my super tight skin!!! ha ha!!

One thing i have noticed is that my weight has remained consistant however around my stomach and hips looks like i have lost a bit round there (fat) but not lost any size?? Strange.

Also im getting a really good deep nights sleep and then waking up feeling refreshed however im not gonna lie i still feel tired because i've never been great in the mornings!!

Oh and also morning wood!!

Wooo.......... will keep eveyone updated (on PRIME not the morning wood...)

OH YEA!!! just ordered some prime from orbit I found it for about 5-6 bucks cheaper on another site but last time I ordered from that place it took for ever for it to ship so I decided to give orbit a go CANT WAIT for it to get here!!!!

Prime is great stuff... actually all USP labs products are really good, I've tried the all and like them. They just aren't a super well known company... yet. Another good company out of TX.
