ok ok i know i post alot of questions, but hey i just wanna know your guys oppinions and you guys help alot!!! anywho, does anyone really take protien bars? To me theyre just glorified candy bars, yea theyre hella good, really good actually haha. but i mean if you look at the nutrition facts, theyre basically candy bars with protien. alot of sugar, not a whole lot of fat, and alot of carbs. one bar that i was eating quiet often was pure protien. 1g sugar, 0g fat, 20g protien. but i just totally stopped eating them cuz they really are just candy bars. Thoughts?

My thoughts exactly. Some companies try to make healthier ones than others but stay away from them imo.

This is true. Not alot of protein bars are worth the time of day. I personally use met-rx collosal 100 bars. There not the greatest but they fill me up when im in a hurry. Better than not eating imo.

Chipotle is not as bad as people think! I mean **** it has everything you need for a post workout meal! And the way i make mine it has 800cals total. Which is alot but its a personal preferance i guess.

There are deffinatly "healthier" ways to eat chipotle, like using black beans, no sour cream, no cheese, no guacamole. but a naked burrito with no rice kinda sucks...i LOVE chipotles rice. I wish all of them would start using brown rice like a couple have done. I havnt eaten chipotle in a good 8 months.

Trioplex bars are really good. They're pretty big and are about 500 calories... and I think over 10 different kinds.

Very cool. I'll be placing an order soon.
IMHO, these bars are one of the few worthy of a meal replacement.
