i WANNA know what the HELL bodybuilders are taking!! they have crazy muscles! jay cutler for example! dudes HUGE! ill do what ever it takes!

Man just go look up videos on youtube about jay cutler or ronnie coleman. Seriously bodybuilding is their life. they are able to devote their lives to bodybuilding. Us average joes have jobs, school, stress, kids, etc etc!!! They have friggin gyms in thier homes, they have nutritionists and doctors helping them out. AND YES STEROIDS!

If yall havnt done it yet, go look up videos on youtube. Search like "bodybuilding life" or like "jay cutler diet" or "ronnie coleman diet" something along the lines of that. Theyre quiet interesting. One video of ronnie coleman shows what he eats for breakfast and another shows all the **** he takes....its rediculous, hes like an 80 year old man (all the pills he takes).

Oh I bet it's way more then that. I've done a gram a week before. I knew of a few guys that were on 2 grams a week.

Gram of sust, omnadren. 800mg of cyp and so on. Not all at the same time. And that was a few years ago. People are against things they don't understand. I don't suggest everyone go out and do a gram of test, always work your way up to it and there's no need to go any higher. And just because you do that much doesn't mean you're going to get huge, there's a lot more to it then that.

yea i red your sig after, i quoted. but thanks for not being an ass an just say read my sig lol.. yea i think i have the ability to get huge without all the extra's.. i've only been in it for 2months.. but i been in it HARD, not tryin to get fit. im doing it to possibly be a bodybuilder one day...
im not gona lie, i take protein shakes an lots of egg whites an chicken... im not totally sure if i wanna start taking nitro oxide or creatine... whats your opinion on those??

All that stuff is fine. There's a lot of info on all of them in this section. Certain things should be taken at certain times so look into all of them. f you have some questions on certain suppliments look around for one of the reps for a sponsor. allstar,mitbar are two to ask if you have a question or orbit nutrition is another. Another thing that makes a big difference is diet so go to the nutrition section and read through that for some help.
