Gentlemen,
I've made i homemade one... cheaper, tastier, and more effective.
2 scoops of whey, i use optimum
5-6 scoops of childrens oat cerial, ready break or baby oatmeal... it's basically finely shredded oats and some oat flour.
1 banana
skimmed milk
i either throw in some frozen berries in the morning or peanut butter in the evening.
it's up to yourself what you put in,but the whey and oats are crutial.
There are no simple sugers, except a few healthy berries, lots and lots of good calories.... and it costs f.... all.
All these mass gainers are overpriced! They have no MAGIC ingredient, if you use a good whey like Optimum, you'll get all the bcaa's and glutimine peptites.
