hi, jst wanted to see if any one could advise a decent weight gainer with plenty of carbs, protein and kalories, i am currently using EAS mass factor, i think its pretty gd, but its pretty expensive to say it doesnt last very long, any1 no any decent weight gainers that arnt 2 expensive? cheers

yeah iv looked at it before but it only lasts a week and for that price and i cant afford to buy 1 each week, cheers though

ALLMAX QuickMass is a good one, BSN also sells a good weight gainer, same with ON.

One thing I'll say is that make sure you have a solid diet. If you are doing it out of convenience then fine but don't take a shake out of laziness. Most people dont have a solid diet and think they can have 3 shakes and 2 meals.

nah i eat atleast 6 solid meals aswell but dnt seem t put on much weight but i am eating right, the weight gainer is aswell as the proper food

Gentlemen,

I've made i homemade one... cheaper, tastier, and more effective.
2 scoops of whey, i use optimum
5-6 scoops of childrens oat cerial, ready break or baby oatmeal... it's basically finely shredded oats and some oat flour.
1 banana
skimmed milk
i either throw in some frozen berries in the morning or peanut butter in the evening.

it's up to yourself what you put in,but the whey and oats are crutial.
There are no simple sugers, except a few healthy berries, lots and lots of good calories.... and it costs f.... all.

All these mass gainers are overpriced! They have no MAGIC ingredient, if you use a good whey like Optimum, you'll get all the bcaa's and glutimine peptites.

Give it a try, best of luck

beat me to it. but after a workout i take one the only thing different is i use milk for PWO so the protein will absorb quicker. plus i add an egg.

but if u want to buy something, Russianbear5000 is said to be good. but i would def go with a homemade one
