I want to put on weight, and I need a good protein, I have some
Muscle Milk, But that is almost gone, I was thinking of purchasing
Syntha-6. I want to get from 152 to around 170, but obviously don't want all fat. I think if I can get to around 170 with my build, then cut back down some, I would be good. Just don't wanna use useless protein that will just add useless junk into my system.
I work out a minimum of 4 days a week.
