Hey guys, just wondering what the dosages should be for each item in my ECA stack...ive taken ephedrine and caffeine two times before, so i think i should be on more advanced dosages. Ive been off the stack for a month now, just started back on...
Right now im takinng- 325mg Aspirin
EPH hardcore which contains 400 mg Guarana extract seed (standardized to 200mg caffeine) 350 mg sida cordifolia extra (standardized to 10 mg, ephedrine) 45 mg bitter orange (standardized to 5 mg synephrine) and a prioprietary blend

SO right now the dosage suggests one pill per day for EPH, but i am thinking i should start taking 2 to for a more advanced program.

Additional info: I'm on a CKD, 173lbs, 6', not sure about my bodyfat, 19yrs old

Are there any other supps I could take on CKD that would be benificial other than multis, proteins etc?

KD

i looked at your training log.

why do you want to run the ECA stack? unless its for a show or beach season i dont see the point atm?

your 6 feet at 173, thats pretty damn skinny, im 6 feet 215lb and i can still see some abs.

thanks for the reply man, but quite frankly you have to understand that not everyone on this site wants to become a massive bodybuilder. Of course yeah I wanna gain some size and mass but its one of those situations where I have to figure out what my prioritites are...
not to give you the lifestory but i was a 250 lb fatass 5 or 6 years ago, ended up doing a little bulk until april of this year to gain some strength and mass, then started a cut in april
regardless of what people percieve as "skinnny", i am definately not skinny, ive cut down from about 213 to 173 in 8 months, and im not going to stop until I am lean and satisfied with my body composition...that is my motive, once I'm lean, I'll do a clean bulk, that way my chances of gaining fat will be a lot smaller, and i can have a healthy physique for the rest of my life

Alright bro i understand that, i to don't want to be a "massive bodybuilder" either 225lb max.

"healthy physique for the rest of my life"

This is what I ate today:
Meal 1:
4 whole eggs
2 tsp butter

Meal 2:
30 g Part Skim Motzerella
30 g Marble Cheddar
1/2 Cup Green Beans
1 oz. Almonds

Meal 3:
3 oz. Avacado
2 Tbsp. Natty Peanut Butter
3/4 Scoop whey

Meal 4:
3 oz. Prime Rib
1/2 Cup Broccoli
30 g Marble Cheddar

Meal 5:
3 oz. Prime Rib
1 oz. Almonds

Meal 6:
3/4 scoop casein
3 Tbsp. Natty Peanut butter

I think you need to clean up the diet and choose cleaner choices of meat, like chicken and fish, stick to the nuts, avacado and fish oils for healthy fats not butter.

How much cardio are you doing each week?

I guess this is a little off topic but is the ECA stack the only way for you to lean up? I have never done it my self but if i have to do it next year for a show maybe you can tell me more about it.
