sup bros, so ive read alot about creatine and that the best way to use it is to cycle it for about 12wks on and enough time off to return your creatine levels to baseline... i just stopped using it on friday and while ive lost the bloat that i had and feel better, i feel weeker and not as full, i kinda want to get back on it... wat would u guys suggest i do? i mean if i decided to stay on creatine full time, would i still continue to make gains or would they stagnate after a while because the reason for cycling is so you can keep utilizing the quick gains that come with the beginning of a creatine cycle

Just go back on it, your body isn't going to "adapt" to a creatine like it does to a stimulant or nitric oxide product. You can skip any loading cycle though.

thanks bro... im gonna give it a few weeks, then im back on it... i was takin about 20grams per day, so would 10grms PWO be good

take 10g preworkout then 10g post workout. thats what i do but i only cycle it for 4 weeks then take a break plus i weigh 240lbs so that could also be a difference.

you could take 5g preoworkout and 5g post. then on your off days just take 5g in the am then 5g in the pm/

yea i was takin 10 in the AM and 10 PWO.... plus i was takin nano vapor which has creatine in it but im not sure how much...

well i take preworkout supps, right now nano vapor but switchin to super pump250, and they have some creatine in em so im just gonna to 10 PWO and then on my off days im gonna do 5g AM and 5gPM like you suggested... thanks bro

I would suggest you take Amplified creatine 189 its just 2 pills you have to take i've been on it about 3 weeks and i've gained about 5lbs i like the stuff maby you should give it a shot.

for 75 dollars, and its a GNC product,, naw just regular creatine mono will be a better choice, and wont break the bank either, gnc is way over priced..
