Post work-out protien help.

I normally take my protien shake after my workout, but im considering taking during my workout. Example. When i do back & Bi i feel that by the time i get done with back im missing my protien window will im doing biceps. Is this all in my head or should i take my protein after my back workout and then move on to biceps?
My workouts are normally an hour to and hour and a half.

Just do it after your workout is done bro. You can take some BCAA's during your workout if you are worried about it. Unless your nutrition is all jacked up your body won't really be using much protein during your workout for anything so it really wouldnt do anything positive. Most likely just fill up your stomach which will interfere with your pump cause of blood flow and maybe upset your stomach. After workout with some dextrose or waxymaize and you'll be good.

dude , you should have a protein shake about 1 1/2 before your workout and during your work out sip some dextrose or waxymaize , then within 30 min. after your workout drink your protein shake along with dextrose or waxymaize ,that should do the trick.

don't worry about it, like they said. Just get some carbs and protein in you afterwards. You should be eating every few hours anyway.
