epistane is great for getting past a platoe.
it will give you moderate strength gains and maybe a lbs or 2 of lean mass.
it's a good pro-hormone.
just don't exepect it to get you huge. you will notice slow steady gains as if you were training natural except the gains don't stop until after a few weeks so they're constant.
for me, it made me loose about 5lbs of water and made me weaker for about 3 1/2 weeks. then, the gains started happening in the middle of the fourth week. i believe i was at 50mg a day at that point.
low side effects and low liver toxicity.
make sure you do a proper pct. if you want to keep your gains, i suggest 2 weeks or 3 of clomid.
PCT
week 1 - clomid 50mg
week 2 - clomid 25mg or 50mg
week 3 (optional) - clomid 25mg
if you decide to go with an over the counter product for pct, you might regret it.
i would go like this
week 1 -
havoc 40mg
week 2 - havoc 40mg
week 3 - havoc 50mg
week 4 - havoc 50mg
week 5 - havoc 60mg
week 6 - havoc 60mg
and then the PCT i showed you.
take my advice with a grain of salt as i'm not a guru in this stuff.
but in my honest opinion, starting at a dose lower than 40mg on epistane or havoc is a waist of time!
also, i've been hearing from many valuble sources, that havoc has been known to produce better results than epistane for some odd reason. just something to look into if you're interested.
