Yeah if you use the "weight gainer shake" as a meal replacement.Those types of shakes have more calories and different types of protein in them such as whey,soy,egg and casein. So if you're going to skip a food meal then yes it makes sense to drink one.

i agree...but you shouldn't just skip a meal and drink one out of laziness...cuz food is always better!
