Okay, so here's my results of a 6 week gain cycle.
My supplements first:
1st 2 weeks - Loading and warmup phase:
1.2g + 1.8g (morning, night) of Tribulus terrestris.
15-20g creatine monohydrate split in 5gs (morning,, before meal, preworkout, after workout)
200-300g of protein in whey form
3-6 weeks - Mass building phase
1.2g+1.8g Tribulus
3-3 T Bomb II (morning, night)
5-10g Creatine monohydrate (morning shake, during workout)
1-1
Cellmass (morning, before everything else, after workout)
Animal Pak - before workout
Stack II - before workout (ECA stack)
10g of glutamine - before workout
300-400g of protein
Overall 4-5000 kcal - 4-5 meals lot's of low GI carbs, fish oil, flax seed oil
Workout plan:
Monday - off
Tuesday - Bench, incline presses, close grip presses, flyes, dips, overhead cable extension
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Deadlift, bent over rows, wide grip pulldown, close grip pulldown, abs, light good mornings
Friday - overhead presses, lateral raise, front cable raise, bent over raise, barbell curls, dumbell curls
Saturday - off
Sunday - Squats, Legpress, stiff legged deadlift, calves
Results: Bench press - 100kg x5, around 115 1RM --> 100x9 and 120x3, 127,5 1 RM (10% Strength increase)
Dead lift - 130x3 --> 160x3 (23% increase)
Squats - 100x8 (didn't go heavier) --> 130x6 (21% increase)
bent over rows - 70x10 --> 90x8 (20% increase)
Wide grip pull downs - 75x10 --> 95x8 (18% increase)
That roughly a 20% overall strength increase. I also gained 4 kgs, while fat loss is visible on the abs area (actually my belt is lousier since I started).
