Hi

i have just take CELL MASS.
on instructions it is labeled as follows:

RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your &choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach).

I want to ask that what is meant by "EMPTY STOMACH". I do my workout at 7:00 pm in evening, and before 30 minutes of my workout i have take some good diet as a pre-workout diet. So is that mean that can i skip that diet?? But if i skip it then how can i got energy to life weights.

Please help in this regard, this is very confusing

kind of confused with your question where you stated (and before 30 minutes of my workout i have take some good diet as a pre-workout diet) huh?? the label says take on a empty stomach immediately following your workout, give it about 30 min, then drink your post workout shake, does that kinda of hit on your question?
