Hello all, going to start a thread on this Phenadrine supplement, i will update this thread when any new changes are noticeable, also i will post some before and during pics if any changes occur, right now i have been on a cutting diet for the last couple of months, and it is working well, how ever with my work schedule i don't have enough days available for cardio, my work outs are usually 1 on and 1 off account of being away from home, so that being said, i wanted to try a fat loss supplement for some extra metabolizing effects to speed up the fat burning process, i have tried many of the newer products out there over the last year, all of them have the same side effects of the jitters, hot and cold flashes, crash and burn after the dosage wears off, mild head aches, the list goes on and on.. so when i first read about the phenadrine and all the extra benefits that it has i decided to give it a try, right now all i have stacking it with is creatine mono, going to order some more plasmagen nitrate next week and that will be added along with the regular creatine mono and the phenadrine,
start date 11/6---- 1 pill in the afternoon about 4 p.m.
noticeable effects of first dosage, first 30 min. felt a bit wired, probably account of drinking a diet dr. pepper.. extra caffeine is not going to work along with this pill, after the initial 30 min.. the entire day was just a nice feeling of being alert and more focused. . the effects lasted the entire 12 hours i was at work, i drank a bunch of water all day, felt like i couldn't get enough water, as with other fat burners i usually had to pee all the time, but with the phenadrine it was not as pronounced as with other products, overall the first dosage was good..
bad effects.. just the extra caffeine made me feel to wired and shaky, also during the night i woke up about every 2 hours to pee.. not sure if was flushing water out of my body since the last week i had been retaining water really bad, ( that was account of my diet, some changes were made and its back on track ) ..

woke up from the last nights pee fest, was a bit tired, took 1 phenadrine about 12 p.m. no caffeine this time just water,
drank protein shake and went to work, started feeling the effects kicking in about 30 min. into the dosage, just feeling more awake, stomach was kinda feeling like it had cramps, not to bad tho, ate a salad about 2 hours into the dosage, and drank a half bottle of diet dr. pepper.. not a good choice, from here on out no more caffeine,, got the jittery feeling again and had to pee about every 1 hour until it finally started to tapper off, i believe the extra caffeine made the stomach cramps occur, did not feel like eating, but forced my self to eat every 3 hours, still had a good awake feeling, and decided to try a second dosage about 6 hours after the first pill,
second pill gave me a extra boost and was also feeling more body heat than just with 1 pill dosage, also felt very thirsty after taking the second dosage, but at the end of the day , i was very lean and the water retention i was holding pretty much has gone, felt really good, not sure if will do a split dosage again or not, the sleep was not bad last night, only had to get up 2x`s to pee, probably more along the lines with the water being flushed, other than that not bad things to report, very happy so far with the effects..
will update after my workout today, and cardio, see how well my workout goes, will post again in a couple of hours for a update..
