When is the best time to start taking supplements?

I used to work out a lot until I finished college, and I'm going to get back into it now. Should I start working out a week or two, then introduce the supplements? or start taking them right away?

I would wait longer than a week or two for anything besides whey.

Use whey as a 'supplement' to a clean, high protein diet. You will see excellent gains following a cessation period, without the need to supplement.

After you reach a plateau, you would want to start incorporating various products based on your personal needs.

This question is extremely vague however, i feel i understand your intentions.

stick with the basics:

whey
bcaas (wait a few months)
creatne (wait a few months)
fish oil (wait a few months)

whey,fish oil,multi vitamins you can get on them right away. Multi vitamins and fish oil are taken by a lot of ppl not just "bodybuilders" so you can take them right away.
