Ok guys i have been running MRI's N.O. Black Powder for the past week switchn from BSN N.O. Xplode. Here is what I THINK of the product

A. A bit too pricey
B. Not as good of PUMP as BSN
C. Great stamina in the gym. Can keep going and going, no "crash"
D. Great focus
E. Good product to switch to if your looking for the NO to hit your muscle , not your nervious system first. BSN hits your nervious system first,, thats y alot of people notice some what of a "tingle n " in there arms while on BSN

All in all a good product and a nice change of pace, with this said EVERYONE is different and has different reactions to supps. Just my 2cents on the product

ive tried NOExplode, but as others have noted it can make you feel jittery or just super twitchy (im creating words here)..ive experienced that more so than any increased energy/focus/pumps which would be the benefits of it..superpump 250 seems to work for me in that, i dunno about all the focus and motivation, etc, but I do feel more energetic at the gym..i think the focus and motivation are derived from the energy...eh, anyways, i only take it bc i often have long days of either school or work before i get the chance to hit the gym...so whatever extra boost i can get ill take..

when i run out, maybe ill try and get my hands on some samples and test some other stuff out..

no ex has way more caffeine thats why the harsher gitters and crash more then superpump.

just tell you sup guy you want a sample of bsn noex cuase you want to try before you buy. try to go back to the guy you bought your superpump off of so he knows your serious about buying. bsn samples are like gold around here and you practically have go on a waiting list to get some.

havent even seen this new mri no. ill see if we have it up here thanks nebraska. i still dont know what the ingredient that gives you this 'focus' would be..what is it that there actully talking about when they say this? i can understand youd have more focus if you wernt gittin out on caffeine..

its prob some root extract or ginseng or some crap like that that they insist provides this extra "drive" or "focus"..eh, we probably just feel that those are enhanced via the extra energy.

I'm a big Black Powder fan. Ive tried every damn NO product on the market and that one definitly did its job. It is a bit pricey though.

Some people Love NO products others dont, some people they certain brands work well on and some they dont at all .

As i said b4 the BSN product is good , i love it but it DOES give you the tingle, jitter, whatever you want to call it because it hits your nerves first, using the caff thats in that product. The focus im talking about is basically because your not so SHAKEY or anything...you seem to pay more attention to your reps and try harder to steady to get the best work out . The energy seems to continue for a LONG time !!! After 2hrs of lifting i could have stayed and keep going honestly. With BSN i was amped when i got to the gym but after my 2sets , i would kinda crash and feel wore out .

Islander im wondering if its because its a INSTANT release into your muscles and not your nervious system. It avoids the nerves and goes directly to your muscles, maybe thats y the "focus" seems to be there. It DOES contain Green Tea and Betaine both . So those do help however ther is only 202mg's

hey funny you say that, i figured ill take some bsn no today after reading this thread even though ive tried it numerious times and didnt like it. and what you know i hated it again, and i felt like i was crashing after 10 mins, it gets you too hyped up. i didnt even get a good pump, i felt like air inflated teddy bear, haha, not for nothing gnc has this nice mixture 7g leucine, 3g creatine, and 195 cafiene, not too crazy about cafiene part, but it the thing works great taken in the morning and post work out.

I've tried Animal Pump, Shock Therapy,(universal) and White flood by Controlled Labs. The best pump I thought was from Animal Pump but the best energy boost I got was from the White Flood. I've got alot of samples to try-black powder-super pump-morph-no explode but for now my favorite is White Flood.

i just started adding cintrate malate, sorry for spelling to my preworkout bcaas, it works amazing, great pumps, for me it kicks in like 10 - 15 mins into a work out. personally not even comparable to no xplode.
