Hey guys, just so that you all know ive been on a diet for about 4 months now and i just wanted to start getting in some supplements, i always had my protein so i was planning on purchasing this..

*ON 100% Whey Protein
*Superpump 250
*Hydroxycut

is it good!?

super pump and hydroxycut is a **** load of caffein a day.....what are your goals?? Looking to cut up im assuming?

well if ur cutting i would say u just stick to ur protein and the hydroxycut...cuz yea superpump and hydroxycut contains way too much caffeine IMO

Yeah man you'll most likely puke after every workout with that much caffeine. Been there done that.
You could stick with the Superpump250 for about 6 weeks.
Or the Hydroxycut for about 6-8 weeks either one is fine, but not both together.
And also if you train later in the day you might have a little trouble getting to sleep on time obviously because of the caffeine.
