Just turned 17, 210lbs, 8-9% BF, 6 Foot Tall, Bodybuilding for 4 years, I'm a Junior in High School, My Current Routine is......
Day1-Chest,Abs
Day2-Legs
Day3-Back
Day4-Cardio,Abs,Calves
Day5-Arms
Day6-Delts,Traps
Day7-Cardio,or OFF
And my diet is....
6am-BCAAs, Fish oil, Multi V, 50g Whey Protein
7:30am-6 whole eggs, 1 cup oat meal with Cinnamon
11am-12oz Venison, or beef, 1 cup rice of any kind or oats
1pm- 50g Whey
3pm-10-12oz Venison or Beef, Usually 1-1.5 cups of oat meal
4pm-Preworkout supps (No-shotgun, Multi V, BCAA, B6, B12, Aspirin)
5:30pm-Postworkout supps (50g whey mixed with half cup oats, BCAA, Glutamine)
630,7pm-Whatever my mom cooks me for dinner.
9pm-25g Whey,40g
Casein.
10pm-Bed
Sometime during the night i might wake up and drink another shake.
Maybe a little to much but it works for me and i am pretty leaned out.
