Hey guys,
I was just wondering what you guys think about my use of these products. I'm new to BB and am basing this off of what ive seen skimming through these forums.

Early morning wake up (BCAAs/Fish oil/Multi-Vitamins/2 Scoops Whey)
Preworkout supps (Multi-Vitamins/BCAAs/Creatine?/Nitric?)
Postworkout supps (2 Scoops Whey/BCAAs)

What do you guys think.. is that off or looks good?
All the comments or advice is highly appreciated

Thanks in advanced.

bro dont use asprin or any pain killer before a workout ever.... it decreases protein synthesis and lengthens recovery time, look it up... dont get in the habit of takin pain killers unless you have to, or you're running an ECA stack, but the asprin is used for a completely different purpose in that case...

I was under the impression that Asprin thins out the blood a little more for easier bigger pumps.

ECA = Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin

from what ive understood is usually taken in the ratio of somewhere around:
E: 25mg C: 200-400mg (depending upon tolerance, etc.) A: 100mg-ish (again, depending upon alot of factors - prob better to under use than over use)

aspirin does thin the blood but the problem is that it decreases protein synthesis, and slows down recovery... only take them as a last resort
