Guys i am taking why Protien with Milk because it tastes really bad with water , now i want to mix creatine in my shake as well so the question is ,

can i mix creatine in my shake?

Mix Creatine with your PWO shake bro, just don't use Milk as it will slow down the absorption. Throw in some Dextrose into the mix aswell

PreWO shake, Milk will be fine

Creatine is stable compound can be taken as you are convenient with any thing which contains carbs is way to better then water .
Creatine in milk Can be a Used As a weight gainer between meals .

But is not a successor if you are using it post or pre workout stimulator. As milk will slow down the absorption and release .
