Ok been a while since I have been on here. Had some real life issues to deal with. Got everything on track again. So was at walmart with my new girl which is my personal trainer. I saw some whey protein By Body Fortress. It was like 2lbs for about 12 bucks. Good flavor cookies and cream. Tell me what you guys think.

I'm also taking Their Nos Pump.

not to familiar with that product, the only protein i use is optimum nutrition and i love that stuff. 2 lbs for 12 bucks, honestly you cant really go wrong with the price, but the quality isnt that great.

I wouldn't bother with it it's not got a very high protein content , lots of sugar and fillers I don't rate at all ON is best $ / Lb but it's what you can afford these days. I have had to change from ON to nutrisport 90+ cos the price in the Uk had gone up by £10 in a couple of months £63 for a 10Lb bag!!

Tried Body Fortress once when I was out of protein and waiting for an order to ship. Did not like at all, mostly because of taste.
I too have been loyal to the ON Whey. Vitamin Shoppe often has coupons that can be used to make ON Whey very inexpensive, like maybe $60 for 2 five pound jugs. Only ever tried the chocolate because it tastes great.
