Been on it for 3 weeks now bro, going on for another 5...Only lost a little over 1% bf but kept the weight on. 8 weeks is minimal IMO to see any good gains in fat loss. I love this product, it's the only thing I've used out there that don't burn off muscle mass, even though it takes a while for it to work, it's perfect for keeping size during a diet
LOL, what sides??? Didn't experience any bad ones at all. Just good clean energy, with NO jitters. Being on a Keto diet with it is all well & good, I feel great 99.9% of the time. Only bad thing about it is, some times you won't feel it's effects
