IMO yes. Ecspecially since you will be going to bed in a couple of hours after your workout. My first advice is to make your workouts earlier IF possible.
If not the whole point of your post workout shake is to
replenish the nutrients back in the body as quick as possible. Most of it will be used right away so you wont be taking much to bed with you since your body will need it after the workout.
The reason why I suggest you makign your workouts a little earlier so that way you can have something before bed to take you through your sleep like caseine or cottage cheese for example.
