Alright, so im kinda in a funk with my PWO shake. What i do is 5gs of BCAAS, glutamine, 20gs ON whey, and 20gs ON casien. Now i understand now that im missing those carbs. Ive been told to eat a piece of white bread, but i really dont want to do that. So i ran into ONs Glycomaize, will it do the same thing? Is it a good product?

IMO yes. Ecspecially since you will be going to bed in a couple of hours after your workout. My first advice is to make your workouts earlier IF possible.

If not the whole point of your post workout shake is to replenish the nutrients back in the body as quick as possible. Most of it will be used right away so you wont be taking much to bed with you since your body will need it after the workout.

The reason why I suggest you makign your workouts a little earlier so that way you can have something before bed to take you through your sleep like caseine or cottage cheese for example.

Im gonna sound like a total nub but IMO? anyways, actually what my PWO shake is 20g of whey and 20g of casien with bcaas and glutamine. And since thats all i do, i actually do a little before bed meal as well. I take a half scoop of casien with maybe a couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese and a little bit of water, and make a pudding like consistancy. Its really good. But thats what i do.
Now one thing that could bump up my workouts is this. Now i eat dinner around 6 every day. Is it ok to eat dinner, and as soon as im done hit the gym? Or arent you supposed to wait like 30 minutes or something? Dinner is ALWAYS either chicken or fish with a big helping of mixed fresh steamed veggies.
