The longer the activity when under tension/stress, the more inclined to a severe "burn". We talked about this, the longer the strenuous exercise, the more frequent you will use the anaerobic glycotic system as your energy system.

He knows. he's experimenting. Nutrition, far over training.
For me, the burning point is the pain barrier- you make it past that, you win. You don't, don't cry when you aren't gaining. The drop in blood pH is part of training, which is why I've never though about using BA.
Mike: drop the BA, and allow for a higher pain tolerance. Save your money for the essentials.
