ON Casein- clumps in my shaker cup

Well i bought ON Casein, and I placed the proper amount of powder and milk inside my shaker cup. I shook the stupid cup for more than 30 minutes and there were still big clumps. Does anyone know a solution to making the drink smoother without any clumps. (With out a blender)

bro, i had that same problem when i started using ON casein and it helps if you put a little water in the shaker before you put in the protein and then fill it up the rest of the way with water, then shake like crazy... but get a blender bottle from gnc or something they work well... i still get chunks in mine but its not like it makes it taste bad or anything, just drink the chunks if anything

ON Protein is the best and has never given me any problems whatsoever. Must be because it's Casein and not whey. The blender bottles do rock and they work well and they're cheap to.

I use casein, i have no problems. My shaker has a little metal spring inside it just to break the clumps up.

I'll try using water this time instead of milk. I tried to man up but the clumps were the size of rocks damn it... I'm going to check out the blender bottle. Thanks for the info.

Casein is difficult to re-suspend in shaker bottle. I use blender. Screw neighbors (I mean I prepare it before bed-time so it's quite late and my blender is loud). Two tips:
1. try adding couple of ice cubes and then shake - they'll crash into larger clumps and break them
2. add twice as much liquid as you would for whey - casein is thicker than whey and that's the reason for more clumps

Just forget about shakers milk and water, be hardcore and just eat the powder. That's what i do,it saves time also.

put the liquid in first, I use water, then the protein.

But most important Shake it like a Man, 30minutes of shaking and still clumps even the ****test protein i think would break down by then.
