since i am just starting out i have decided to focus on getting my vitamins, protein, and creatine... ive always heard about animal pak vitamins and i have heard they are really good... is it a good product?

I personally like the product and I think it works well. But others say its too expensive.

Ive used Animal Pak, yes it is expensive. The only thing I had trouble with is the amount of pills you take at a time, I think it is 14 cant remember. Other than that I like them.

i take animal pak and i love them! so much better than sum regular multi vitamin at the grocery store

Try a capsule instead of tablets..
When they make tablets they are cooked and the ingredients loose a large % of value also they are so compact that it is extremely hard for your body to break the tablet down to absorb the ingredients.


I suggest- Source Naturals: Life Force.. (in a capsule)

They have a great formula and also have a daily detox blend in there to keep you cleansed on a daily basis.

yeah... i just bought animal pak yesterday and theres like 11 pills in each pak.. but i dont mind taking all the pills, hopefully they are as good as everyone says they are haha
