I use Syntha-6 as a meal replacement because it has a couple different types of protein in it and more calories than the normal protein powders, but the ON Whey is a really great whey protein but if you're going to stick with one id say use the optimum whey protein.

To all the guys on Syntha 6...
It is NOT ideal PWO as it has Casein in it...That simply means it absorbs alot more slower than Whey...

Whey = 2-3 hours to absorb
Casein = 5-7 hours to absorb

i've read in a flex(i think it was flex) that having whey and casein for PWO is better than just whey because you get amino acids out of it over a longer period of time
but i'm not sure if thats true, just saying what i've read ^^

Yeah, it depends on the whey to casein ratios of Syntha, which isn't easy to find out. Casein has been shown to distribute amino acids sparingly when taken post workout, so it boils down to personal preference/experimentation.

Also, how many sugar carbs are in TrueMass?

whey hits the blood stream in 20-30 minutes. Dietary protein sources can take close to 2-3.5hrs to hydrolyze and enter the bloodstream and liver.
