We all know by now that we can eat a ton of food,anyone can do that
What is important is how much does we digest well and absorb

I heard -Dygestive enzymes like Aminogen, Zymogen helps
-Glutamine also helps digestion
maybe fish oil

Also first would be that you chew the food v well

What are in your opinion the best ways to improve absorbtion?

Glutamine will definetely help on the digestion side of things

Yup dextrose PWO with creatine is great. Works as good as any branded creatine product like celltech, cell mass etc

Hey speaking of fish oil - does anyone have the problem taking the caps that you burp and taste the fish after? i havent taken fish oil for a while for that very reason. it makes me throw up.

Ive heard a lot of complaints about the "fish burp" but never actually had it happen to me. They actually make some now that are covered in like a lemon flavored coating to fight the gross burps off.

i just bought some caps from olympian labs that are coated so they digest in your duodenum and not in your stomach, which eliminates any burping.
