It is impotant to have some protein shake between meals, being easier for the stomach to digest and having all the protein needed.
Now I would thin this would be either taken like a single mea,but it very well imo be a protein blend added to the meal

What do you think?

You should be getting your nutrients from whole meals. Limit shakes down to 1 or 2 a day, mainly during/post workout.

I currently get through about 300gram protien in solid food meals and one PWO shake.

Having looked at Dexter Jacksons website it says for someone my weight and bodyfat I need like 415 grams per day. Well if you consider than each of my meals are about 50 grams protien, that means like 8 meals plus!

I simply don't have the time with a full time job lol! so I think you need some protien or MR drinks.

I just ordered some CNP Mass whatever

Hehe his AIDeS are great lol for Dexter. mean the AAS and all he takes to absorb all the food, the training intensity ,the rest, and STILL he is not absorbing more than half of that?

I 've seen guys making very good progress even with 0.5g/lb-it's a ll down to absorbtion.

Anyway if u notice big gains with very hi protein please tell, cause it's a debated subject right now
