Lipo6/NO Shotgun

Right now im on Lipo 6 and my friend wants me to try out his NO shot gun and under warnings it says not to take in any extra caffeine so should i stay clear of those kind of pre workout supplements like that?

Yes too much caffeine is bad and some people experience anxiety. I would saty away from the extra Stim

There are other NO products out there without Caffeinie

I find the non stim NOs to be better.

Me too. You can actually feel if its working or not without being all hyped up with the caffeine

cosign these guys^^^ the extra caffeine screws with my workouts since i get somewhat jittery by the end.

I prefer my NO Tim Hortons large coffee w/ 3 creams. My workouts are great!lol

thanks guys : ) this is as i thought but i just like to check back with some people who know what they are talking about and have had some personal experience! im sure this wont be my last time asking a question!
